Support execution of federal contracts and task orders.
Coordinate with Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), program offices, and government stakeholders as appropriate.
Monitor alignment with contractual requirements and internal controls.
Facilitate communication between internal teams and customers.
Lead internal and customer-facing initiatives from planning through execution.
Manage schedules, risks, and resource coordination.
Provide clear executive-level reporting on progress and challenges.
Implement scalable program management practices.
Support strategic planning cycles and growth initiatives.
Identify process improvement opportunities.
Implement structured change management efforts.
Build operational frameworks appropriate for a growing organization.
Requirements
U.S. citizenship
Active TS-SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
7+ years of experience in government, defense, intelligence, or federal contracting environments
Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: Contracting Officer Representative (COR) responsibilities; Military operational or command leadership; Program or project management in complex federal environments.
Experience working directly with U.S. government customers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities independently.
