Review, draft, and negotiate NDAs and ancillary transaction documents across private equity, M&A, and financing transactions.
Apply client-specific playbooks and structured frameworks to ensure alignment with agreed client positions.
Identify deviations from playbook positions and implement appropriate fallback language in line with client guidance.
Manage your own workflow and document queue, prioritising effectively to meet defined turnaround times and service levels.
Support live deal execution across multiple concurrent transactions in fast-paced environments.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across our global legal team to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
Work directly with internal stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency and service excellence.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and delivery workflows.
Requirements
LLB Degree or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in transactional legal work, contract review, or similar high-volume legal environments.
Experience reviewing NDAs and/or similar transactional agreements.
Excellent written and spoken English.
You enjoy working within clearly defined rules and guidance, with a strong preference for applying structured playbooks rather than navigating legal ambiguity.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Enthusiasm for new technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence and machine learning, with a desire to innovate within the legal industry.
