Lead HR implementation for new country launches, including local benchmarking, employment contracts, and social protection compliance.
Coordinate and challenge external legal counsel and payroll providers across various European regions to ensure and optimize compliance.
Manage international mobility matters, including secondments, expatriation, and cross-border recruitment.
Serve as the primary internal expert for management on all employment law issues (contracts, working hours, disciplinary actions, and terminations).
Oversee pre-litigation and litigation cases in direct collaboration with specialized law firms.
Maintain legal monitoring to ensure the company complies with evolving French and European legislation.
Prepare and co-facilitate meetings with Employee Representative Bodies (CSE) and other social committees.
Define strategy and lead negotiations for company-level collective agreements.
Advise leadership on the social climate to maintain constructive and secure dialogue with social partners.
Requirements
Master’s degree (Master 2 or equivalent) in Labor/Social Law or Human Resources.
Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally including time in a law firm or an international environment.
Proven expertise in managing multiple sites across Europe.
Extensive experience in employee relations, including handling hearings and collective bargaining.
Full professional fluency in English for daily interaction with international employees and foreign legal firms.
