Activate field marketing initiatives with pre-event outreach and executive messaging, on-site narratives, and post-event conversion content.
Act as the content counterpart to the Field Marketing team, clarifying ownership, inputs, timelines, and approvals to keep programs moving smoothly.
Ensure a consistent German-language message across all communication touchpoints.
Collaborate cross-departmentally with PMM, Campaigns, and Sales to ensure field content reflects the latest positioning, proof points, and competitive context without losing regional relevance.
Analyze field content KPIs to report on what’s working (adoption, engagement) and share insights to improve future programs and templates.
Requirements
Native-level German language skills
Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field preferred
3+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B tech or enterprise software
Excellent writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
Editorial mindset with a focus on understanding audience consumption and preferences
Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality; takes initiative and owns results
Proven ability to build effective working relationships across all levels and functions
