Role Overview
- Handle personnel administration and payroll in support of the HR department
- Participate in recruitment and follow the onboarding process for new employees
- Implement the training plan
- Collaborate on various cross-functional HR projects and support the smooth running of the HR team
Requirements
- You are pursuing the first year of a Master’s program (M1) or enrolled in a business school with a specialization in Human Resources
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ideally, you have prior experience through an apprenticeship
