Own performance management operations for GTM, including performance reviews and calibration cycles supporting managers through execution and navigating complex or non-standard cases
Support onboarding and offboarding, ensuring strong ramp experiences and smooth transitions, including more complex role changes and team shifts
Partner on compensation planning, including promotion decisions, leveling, and calibration applying judgment to ensure fair and consistent outcomes
Handle employee relations and performance issues, including more complex or sensitive situations that require strong judgment and discretion
Support progression and internal mobility, helping managers navigate ambiguous promotion decisions and define what strong performance looks like across roles
Work closely with managers on day-to-day team challenges, including underperformance, team dynamics, and organizational changes
Maintain and share key people insights, using data to highlight trends and inform decisions
Identify gaps in how people processes are working and implement improvements that make them more effective and easier for managers to use
Requirements
5–7 years of HR experience, including direct support of GTM or revenue teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps)
A practical, partnership-driven approach you work with managers to find what works, rather than applying one-size-fits-all solutions
Ability to navigate ambiguous or complex people decisions and provide clear, practical guidance to managers
Strong communication and relationship building skills with leaders at multiple levels
Experience running performance review and calibration processes in a fast-paced environment
Strong judgment and experience handling employee relations and performance-related situations
Experience supporting compensation planning, promotions, and leveling decisions
Comfort working with people data and using insights to inform decisions
Comfort operating on a small People team with a high level of ownership and accountability.
