Verify timecard reports and various departmental entries, such as vacation, leaves, time bank, medical certificates, absences, and the recording of transportation voucher and meal voucher.
Review employees' payroll after finalization to verify the accuracy of earnings and deductions, as well as any termination settlement calculations.
Perform all administrative activities related to hiring, terminations and contract cancellations for service providers (PJ) and CLT employees.
Keep all internal administrative records for service providers (PJ) and CLT employees up to date regarding open positions, hires, promotions and terminations.
Stay updated on labor laws, regulations and procedures to ensure procedural and legal compliance of the department's activities.
Act as a communication facilitator between the Personnel Department and other departments of the Institute, and serve as a focal point for employee inquiries.
Organize and manage physical and digital documents, ensuring availability of required information, confidentiality and compliance with the Institute's guidelines and policies, and support Department Coordination with information needed for preparing reports and opinions.
Support other Human Resources Department activities related to Recruitment & Selection and Training & Development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
Prior experience in the role;
Strong knowledge of government worker data integration systems (CAGED, eSocial, etc.) and timekeeping and benefits management tools;
Strong knowledge of technological resources and productivity suites (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace);
Passion for people, education and innovation.
Experience in third-sector organizations (nonprofits) or public sector entities;
In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs).
