About this role
Role Overview
Ensure smooth onboarding and customer retention
Drive revenue growth through account management and proactive support
Maintain positive customer engagement and identify expansion opportunities
Conduct regular account health checks and nurture engagement
Monitor messaging for compliance issues and manage offboarding of non-compliant accounts
Requirements
Experience in customer success or telecommunications
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented
Experience managing complex accounts
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Autonomy in daily operations and strategic initiatives
