About this role
Role Overview
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Lead efforts in acquiring new clients and cultivate strong, trust-based relationships.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and negotiations.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities.
Requirements
5+ years of proven track record of success in business development within the fintech sector.
Experience from selling BaaS or lending solutions.
Strong understanding of lending, financial markets & products and industry regulation.
Local knowledge of the Italian, French, Spanish or DACH market is a clear added value.
Ability to work autonomously and maintain high productivity in an international context.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
