Role Overview
- Taking full ownership of B2B Partners which operate Regulated markets;
- Research and deep understanding of the partners business structure and further plans on business development
- which markets they are entering and when, inlining 3Oak's business development plans and priorities with plans of key partners;
- Strategic analysis of the new markets to enter and coordination of the process with the Compliance and Legal Team from regulation and markets legal/compliance side;
- Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes and adapt strategies accordingly;
- Negotiation and re-negotiation on commercials for existing partners, review, contract/addendum signing and re-signing as well as Due Diligence process if and when necessary. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize partner contributions;
- Building up promo and marketing strategy, marketing budget planning and allocation, marketing cost effectiveness review and analysis;
- Develop long-term business relationships to drive** revenue growth** and market expansion;
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities;
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success;
- Regular reporting on partnership performance, market trends, and revenue forecasts;
- Present key findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders;
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience of working in the** iGaming industry**;
- 3+ years of proven experience in Sales or Account Management or Business Development or others as relevant for the role;
- Experience of building up strategic relationships with TOP Partners;
- Experience of strategic development and growth of the partners on certain markets;
- Experience of cooperation with partners which operate regulated markets and market entering experience;
- Proven ability to communicate and present on all levels in and outside;
- Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on the customerβs real needs on regulated markets;
- Proven ability to deal with Legal and Compliance processes inside and outside of the company;
- Proven ability to manage multiple customers with different needs while paying strict attention to details;
- iGaming Industry Helicopter view, analytic and structured with high degree of discipline, and initiative taking and deep understanding of the industry structure.
