Supporting the company’s existing Regional Business Development Managers via "inside sales functions"
Interfacing with both internal sales and operational staff, including direct customer contact
Supporting Onslow Bay’s correspondent whole loan network and Onslow’s MSR platform
Assisting with the counterparty approval and re-certification process
Assisting existing sales staff and operations in our counterparty onboarding process
Light sales prospecting
Performing administrative functions including managing MLPAs, PPTLs, settlement instructions
Interfacing with customers on loan level pipeline management/outstanding purchase commitments
Coordination of training sessions for new correspondent Sellers
Manage escalations in support of credit and operations team
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Onslow Bay’s Seller Guidelines
Address guideline and price scenarios questions from clients

5+ years of experience in business development operations or sales
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) that translate across mediums and stakeholders
A collaborative and inclusive approach to work
Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment and successfully meet established deadlines
Bachelor’s degree required
Non-Agency (Non-QM) lending and mortgage banking experience
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
