Analyzing user research findings for B2B and B2C projects and deriving data-driven recommendations for action.
Developing wireframes and prototypes based on research insights and user requirements.
Ensuring a user-centered approach in all project phases.
Creating and presenting research reports to support strategic decision-making.
Supporting UX/UI design development by integrating research insights.
(Re-)designing tools and software solutions with a focus on usability and conversion optimization.
Promoting understanding of user research within the company.
Facilitating workshops for ideation and requirements analysis.
Visualizing data in dashboards to effectively communicate research findings.
Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
5+ years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design and UX research.
Experience in project management and managing complex projects.
Experience analyzing and evaluating user research for B2B and B2C projects.
Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
Solid experience with design tools, particularly Figma.
Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, as well as wireframing and prototyping.
Experience working within corporate structures is desirable.
Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Always up-to-date with usability and conversion best practices.
Strong communication and presentation skills, teamwork, and empathy.
