Own UX design for new features and improvements, balancing player needs with product goals
Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that communicate and validate design intent
Partner with UX Researchers and leverage data insights to inform and iterate on designs
Work closely with Product Managers, Art, and UI Designers to deliver cohesive, high-quality player experiences
Maintain and evolve Heart of Vegas's design system alongside the team, ensuring consistent patterns and visual language across features
Present and articulate design solutions to team members and integrate feedback effectively
Work across different areas of the game to help deliver the best possible player experience
Support the growth of UX craft within the team by sharing knowledge, tools, and guidelines
Report to the Director of User Experience Design

4-6 years of professional experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, Product Designer, or equivalent role
A portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions, with examples of wireframes, flows, prototypes, and shipped features and their impact
Strong proficiency with UX tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Strong understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and design systems
Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to inform and defend design decisions
Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to present and explain designs to technical and non-technical audiences
A passion for mobile games and a curiosity about what makes them engaging and successful.
