As part of our CRO team, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of successful CRO concepts for clients of varying sizes, from SMBs to enterprise
You will deepen your specialized expertise in heuristic analysis of conversion funnels (behavioral economics, consumer psychology, conversion design) as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis of user behavior
You will independently carry out comprehensive potential analyses to optimize conversion rates on landing pages and across the entire conversion funnel
You will develop A/B test concepts and roadmaps and implement them in collaboration with our conversion designers and copywriters
At the same time you will support our internal Organic Search, SEA & Paid Social Advertising teams with your CRO consulting expertise
You will create analyses and automated reports/dashboards and derive concrete recommendations for action for our clients
You will stay up to date with developments and trends in your field and proactively contribute your own ideas to daily workflows and new projects
Intensive work on and expansion of a professional tool stack around A/B testing tools, heatmap tools, survey software, Google Analytics & Data Studio, HubSpot, Unbounce, etc. completes your area of responsibility
You will accompany sales processes and advise your current and future clients on conversion rate optimization
Requirements
At least 2 years of practical experience as a conversion optimizer and an interest in the world of online marketing and digital analytics
You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on (online) marketing, psychology or media studies with an analytical emphasis, or possess an equivalent qualification
You have strong numerical understanding and analytical thinking, along with an interest in cognitive psychology and behavioral economics
You are familiar with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO, A/B Tasty) and have good knowledge of Google Analytics
You demonstrate excellent written and spoken German and English skills
A high degree of communication skills, initiative and team spirit, as well as enjoyment in getting to grips with new subject areas, round off your profile.
