oversee a full range of activities to ensure operational effectiveness and accurate data collection within banking systems and processes
provide expertise to lead initiatives focused on reimagining operational processes by designing technical solutions that support internal business units
develop a deep understanding of current and future processes
create intuitive user-friendly designs
manage these solutions through development, testing and delivery
collaborate closely with development teams throughout the Bank to design and integrate processes spanning multiple systems
facilitate project planning, develop business and reporting requirements, and conduct application testing to ensure a successful application deployment

8+ years of related experience in Loan Administration, Lending and/or Deposit Sales, or similar field
High school diploma required
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
Knowledge of one or more loan types
Proficient in multi-tasking in a team oriented environment and focused on the highest standards of client service
Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
