As HR Systems and Operations Lead, you will support the HR Director design and delivery the people technology strategy, driving innovation, efficiency, and a seamless employee experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building clarity from complexity, improving the way things run and guiding a team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Requirements
Drive HR systems optimisation and automation
Create and lead a high-performing and lean HR Operations function in a fast growing and changing environment
Own global payroll, benefits, and related outsourced provider relationships
Provide accurate, high-quality people data and analytics for senior leaders and the Board
Key contributor to HR policies, procedures and governance as related to pay and benefits
Embed continuous improvement and a strong service ethos
Champion diversity, equity & inclusion across HR operations
Support on a range of HR initiatives involving a systems element such as employee engagement surveys and communications.
Benefits
Senior HRIS and Operations management experience in complex, multi-jurisdictional organisations
Strong payroll and benefits oversight (including outsourced models)
HR systems and data expertise (SAP SF preferred)
Strong understanding of employment law, risk mitigation, and people-centred change delivery, including employee relations matters with sound legal awareness, and a balanced, solutions-focused approach.
Strong knowledge of UK, Irish and European employment legislation and cultural appreciation working across the Caribbean, Asia and Middle East.
