Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, manage a competitive, high performing, results-driven patch.
Responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with key merchants, contractors, and supply chain partners.
Ensure continued engagement and sales growth within the assigned territory.
Sell on a value-added basis, combining strategic account management with proactive business development.
Requirements
Proven track record in sales with strong commercial experience managing multiple stakeholders, including builders’ merchants, specifiers, and contractors.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, to continue engagement and sales growth.
Strategic thinking with a solutions-based mindset, capable of identifying new opportunities and fostering growth.
Knowledge of procurement routes and the ability to negotiate using technical information and product specifications.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to influence and engage both internally and externally.
Experience/ and or knowledge of our Water Management product range would be a distinct advantage.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in both commercial processes and administration.
A customer-centric mindset, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.
