About this role
Role Overview
Install, commission and validate Honeywell systems and solutions in accordance with procedures, quality standards and contractual requirements.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex equipment and systems.
Diagnose advanced technical faults and ensure their resolution in compliance with SLAs.
Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and recommend sustainable corrective actions.
Accurately document all interventions in Honeywell tools (service reports, equipment history, system updates).
Act as the primary technical point of contact for the customer on site.
Develop and maintain a long-term trusted relationship with customers, representing Honeywell’s brand and values.
Communicate clearly and professionally about interventions, technical recommendations and upcoming actions.
Manage customer expectations, including during incidents, escalations or operational constraints.
Actively contribute to customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, service quality, retention).
Requirements
Strong skills in electromechanics, automation, electronics, instrumentation or industrial/building systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, technical documentation and specialized software.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools, work management systems and Honeywell digital tools.
Strong customer orientation and service mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage customer relationships.
Administrative rigor and attention to detail, particularly for T&M and RQB tracking.
Autonomy, analytical thinking and effective prioritization skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive customer situations.
Technical degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in electromechanics, electronics, automation or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a field service role, ideally in an industrial or B2B environment.
Proven experience interacting with customers and managing T&M activities / service quotations.
Valid driving license.
Availability for regular travel and on-call duties if required.
Fluent in French; technical English required for Honeywell’s international environment.
