Optimize company processes: Analyze and develop our internal workflows to ensure efficiency and quality across all areas.
Manage finances: Prepare budget and liquidity plans, monitor financial KPIs, perform variance (planned vs. actual) analyses, and report to management.
Support marketing: Assist in planning and controlling marketing campaigns, analyze KPIs, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Sales controlling: Monitor and manage sales processes and develop and implement measures to increase revenue.
Drive quality management: Ensure and further develop quality standards and implement measures for process improvement.

A completed degree or vocational training in business administration, controlling, finance, or a comparable field.
Initial professional experience in controlling or in a similar role.
Analytical skills and a structured way of working.
Understanding of business processes and their optimization potential.
Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems or other controlling tools is a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills and the ability to see the big picture.
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
