Optimize business processes: Analyze and further develop our internal procedures to ensure efficiency and quality across all areas.
Manage finances: Prepare budget and liquidity plans, monitor financial KPIs, perform variance analyses (actual vs. planned) and report to senior management.
Support marketing: Assist with planning and controlling marketing campaigns, analyze KPIs and identify optimization opportunities.
Sales controlling: Monitor and manage sales processes and develop and implement measures to increase revenue.
Drive quality management: Ensure and enhance quality standards and implement measures for process optimization.

A degree or vocational training in business administration, controlling, finance or a related field.
Some professional experience in controlling or a similar role.
Analytical skills and a structured working style.
Understanding of business processes and their optimization potential.
Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems or other controlling tools is a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a strategic view of the bigger picture.
Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
