About this role
Role Overview
- Direct client contact and early assumption of individual responsibility
- Advising business owners, self-employed individuals and private clients on all aspects of inheritance/estate law
- Developing tailored solutions for wills, inheritance contracts, lifetime gifts, waivers of compulsory portion, etc.
- Representing multinational clients in court and in out-of-court disputes
Requirements
- Successful completion of state law examinations (qualification as a lawyer)
- Interest in practicing law within an entrepreneurial/business-focused environment
- Very good command of English
