Provide legal assistance to national and international clients on matters involving the occupation, use and/or regularization of properties in Brazil and the development of real estate projects and transactions, including those related to the financial and capital markets.
Coordinate legal due diligence and draft/review legal due diligence reports.
Draft contracts for acquisitions, sales, leases, the establishment of guarantees, and other instruments related to structuring real estate market operations, including analysis and preparation of documents for registration of real estate incorporations and the establishment of condominium regimes.
Coordinate actions to monitor procedures before the Property Registry (Registro de Imóveis).

Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent)
Active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), registered between 2020 and 2022
Postgraduate degree and/or specialization in related areas
Advanced English
Experience in real estate advisory (consultative) work
