Role Overview
Contribute to the organizational training and development strategy
Play a key role in shaping the training and development requirements
Planning trainings for new hires and existing staff
Designing and implementing training programmes
Meet and greet new hires
Periodically review of training content
Validate batch reports and help conduct OJT reviews
Handling internal BI of the training team
Track and share weekly updates
Address any training grievances
Planning for KT calls
Follow escalation process for trainees
