R&D Program Manager, Medical Devices

Role Overview

• Manage and monitor medical device development projects in cooperation with customers and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure project progress and achievement of goals while meeting deadlines and costs
• Provide performance reporting and supervise project staff
• Identify training and development needs and support creation of training
• Handle commercial activities such as purchase order administration and financial forecasting

Requirements

• University degree in engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in the medical device industry
• Proficient in project management tools
• Professional customer communication skills
• Fluent in English
