Role Overview
- Process and manage orders (regular, returns, samples, and stock orders)
- Handle sales administration and data processing
- Provide information and support to the sales and marketing teams
- Organize outbound transport and ensure correct shipment execution
- Maintain customer, product, and pricing databases
- Communicate with order pickers regarding order progress
- Inform customers about the status of their orders
- Manage transport data and SAP records
- Support Account Managers with operational needs
- Maintain operational files and prepare export documents
- Represent company policies and business objectives in daily activities
Requirements
- Strong computer skills (SAP)
- Dutch and English are mandatory, French and Spanish (and German) are nice to have
- Excellent customer interaction skills
- Proactive and commercially minded
- Autonomous, able to multitask and switch quickly
- Experience in similar roles
- HBO degree (or equivalent), preferably in Commercial Economics or International Business
