About this role
Role Overview
In collaboration with our design team, you conceive campaigns for your B2B clients and optimize them for maximum performance on LinkedIn, Google & Facebook.
You conceptualize, create, and test various B2B social ads strategies together with your clients—strategies that go beyond conventional approaches.
You develop the B2B division and further expand our service portfolio.
You monitor campaign performance and draw insights from the results.
You take responsibility for overall project management and act as the direct point of contact for your clients.
You contribute to internal and external initiatives, such as designing and running workshops, optimizing processes, delivering training measures, and writing engaging articles and blog posts.
Requirements
You already have experience in social ads with a focus on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
Professional experience across different companies, combined with strong client-facing skills, rounds off your profile.
You have experience with various systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
Your analytical instincts enable you to derive the right measures for your clients.
You are articulate and have a good command of both German and English.
Strong team spirit and high motivation.
