Monitor the Whistleblower Channel, conducting analysis and follow-up of reports until closure, including triage, risk classification, interaction with complainants and witnesses, definition of investigation steps and reporting to the responsible areas, as well as monitoring the application of disciplinary measures, when applicable.
Support and participate in investigation processes by collecting data and documents, conducting interviews together with coordination, and preparing conclusive reports.
Conduct Integrity Due Diligence for the pre-assessment of third parties (suppliers and service providers), and perform Background Checks on new employees, including reputational screening, data analysis, and response to client integrity questionnaires.
Assess and monitor Compliance risk mitigation plans, ensuring proper reporting to coordination.
Support the drafting and review of internal regulations and policies for the area.
Review contractual clauses related to LGPD, anti-corruption and social aspects, advising on adequacy according to the subject of the contract.
Deliver in-person (on-site) training to address specific situations, as directed by the Ethics Committee.
Support the mapping and monitoring of personal data processing, and advise internal stakeholders on LGPD guidelines.
Maintain direct interface with leadership to align Compliance matters, prepare monthly area metrics and produce communication and training materials for different company audiences.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, Psychology or related fields.
Knowledge of Compliance, with an understanding of the area’s practices and guidelines.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, with emphasis on Excel.
Desired: knowledge of Microsoft Visio.
Desired: experience with Meritum Compliance Management tool.
Desired: ISO 37301 – Compliance Management.
Desired: certifications such as CPCA, LGPD – CPIM or EXIN.
