Lead Omie’s organic growth channels, combining strategic vision, execution capability, and technical expertise in CRM, SEO and GEO.
Restructure the end-to-end CRM strategy, mapping the entire customer journey from acquisition to expansion.
Define segmentations, automation flows and communication cadences focused on conversion and retention.
Develop and optimize onboarding, activation, engagement and retention campaigns.
Monitor CRM metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion by funnel stage, churn) and turn data into actionable decisions.
Collaborate closely with Product and Customer Success teams.
Define and execute an organic SEO strategy focused on qualified traffic and conversion for SMEs.
Structure topic clusters, information architecture and strategic interlinking.
Conduct technical audits and identify indexing bottlenecks.
Monitor performance via Google Search Console and GA4, producing reports and actionable insights.
Guide Content and Technology teams in implementing technical improvements.
Lead GEO/AEO/LLMO strategy and map visibility opportunities across the language models most relevant to Omie’s target audience.
Run experiments and tests to increase customer engagement, conversion and activation.
Requirements
Solid experience in Growth, Digital Marketing or CRM, preferably at SaaS or B2B companies.
Proficiency in CRM strategies and tools (RD Station, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
Proven experience with medium
to large-scale SEO (SaaS, content portals or e-commerce).
Familiarity with analytics and monitoring tools: Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action plans and prioritize initiatives.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Content, Technology and Sales teams.
Familiarity with LLMs and the impact of generative models on organic traffic.
