Collaborate with upstream and downstream systems to troubleshoot and resolve data processing issues.
Investigate SQL stored procedures, Informatica workflows, CA WLA failures, and Perl scripts to diagnose issues or perform analysis for minor enhancements.
Track, manage, and resolve a high volume of daily exceptions as part of operational support activities.
Use Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA to manage work items and enhancements.
Coordinate and contribute to development efforts with the development team for major enhancements, following DevOps practices.
Oversee and coordinate code deployments with various teams, ensuring compliance with audit and control standards.
Stay current with emerging standards, technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
Consistently apply continuous improvement principles to enhance processes and overall team efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or any related course
Minimum 2 years working experience supporting systems at Level 2 (support)
Experience with relational database structures and methodologies
Ability to manage, prioritize multiple work streams in a time sensitive environment
Ability to understand business process requirements and conceptualize innovative, technology‑driven solutions—from design through implementation.
