Senior Consultant – Energy Sector

Role Overview

• You translate complex requirements into concrete, actionable solutions for our clients
• You support municipalities in building new infrastructure for the heat transition (decarbonisation of heating systems)
• You integrate renewable energy into existing grids
• You lead your own interdisciplinary project team
• You support the expansion of the service offering and internal projects

Requirements

• Professional experience with processes at municipal utilities and public service providers, e.g., in grid management or process optimization
• Project management skills (traditional/waterfall or agile)
• Strong communication skills to convey complex topics
• Analytical thinking and decisiveness
• Excellent German language skills (at least C1)
• Completed degree (MSc) in business administration (BWL), economics (VWL), engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
