About this role
Role Overview
Assist students, companies, and educational institutions with registration and promotion of opportunities.
Update customer records.
Enter internship program data and keep the database up to date.
Direct users to the appropriate pages on the Portal according to requested services.
Clarify clients' questions about products and services.
Provide customer service and register new clients.
Assist in maintaining the database (customer registration).
Carry out technical product promotion.
Provide support to clients via email, phone, and WhatsApp with information about processes.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing (Technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease in working with computerized systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to focus on tasks.
Must have at least 1 year remaining to complete your degree / be available to intern for a minimum of 1 year.
