As a member of our Customer Success team, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the platform runs smoothly every day
You’ll support both of our customer groups — tenants and landlords — helping maintain high customer satisfaction and supporting healthy growth of our customer base
Account management: Own a portfolio of accounts, ensure successful platform usage and drive product adoption
Identify potential risks and gather feedback for feature requests, bug escalation, and UX/UI improvements
Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new clients, set up their accounts and portfolios
Demos & training: Deliver platform demonstrations and software training to clients
Operations: Handle special cases related to invoicing and payments, such as debt collection or refunds on the platform
Client expansion: Review clients’ platform performance and help them achieve their goals; identify up
and cross-selling opportunities
Customer support: Provide excellent support to both tenants and landlords to help keep customer satisfaction high
Respond to customer inquiries received via various channels (email, platform, telephone, help center), assist with the user application, and ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively
Customer service automation: Help continuously develop our customer service processes to maintain a high level of service quality as our customer base grows rapidly
Requirements
You are driven, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and quickly familiarize yourself with new tools and topics
You have a hands-on mentality and are only satisfied when our customers are satisfied
You work accurately and efficiently
You are very tech-savvy, solution-oriented and don’t shy away from complex problems
You enjoy working with customers, are helpful and open-minded, and communicate appropriately for the target audience
You have practical experience in the online sector, ideally in customer service, sales, or project management
You enjoy working with data and applying insights to optimize operational KPIs
You hold a relevant bachelor’s degree, e.g. in business administration
Your native language is German and you are fluent in English; French is a plus
