Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

• Lead advanced financial analysis and reporting
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for cash forecasting
• Conduct benchmarking, KPI analysis, and variance reporting
• Oversee budgeting processes, cost accounting, and productivity standards
• Apply government reimbursement rules and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Lead or coordinate complex financial projects
• Mentor accounting staff and provide training
• Present complex financial information to senior leadership
• Drive process improvements in financial analysis and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems
