About this role
Role Overview
Manage and grow a portfolio of public sector clients;
Identify and prospect new business opportunities within government agencies;
Understand clients' technical and regulatory environments and propose appropriate solutions;
Lead technical and commercial meetings, presenting the company's portfolio;
Collaborate with pre-sales to build proposals and solutions;
Negotiate contracts and ensure commercial targets are met;
Monitor and ensure delivery of solutions according to scope and expectations;
Ensure compliance with sales policies and public-sector compliance requirements;
Develop relationships with vendors, partners and stakeholders;
Participate in events, training and market initiatives;
Monitor competitors and identify strategic opportunities.
Requirements
Experience as an Account Manager in technology or services
Experience serving the public sector (government)
Experience with cloud solutions: AWS, Microsoft Azure and GCP
