Sales Representative

Role Overview

• Manage daily customer relationships and ensure excellent in-store execution across assigned channels and customers
• Plan and implement promotional and sales activities, including portfolio management and enforcement of central agreements
• Drive sales performance by achieving assigned targets and commercial objectives within the entrusted area
• Oversee POS materials and merchandisers’ activities, ensuring proper execution, control, and reporting
• Conduct market analysis and reporting, monitoring competitors’ activities, consumer trends, customer needs, and overall performance results.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience as a Sales Representative
• 2+ years in Modern and Traditional Trade channels in the FMCG sector
• Numerical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Strong team spirit, proactivity, and initiative
• Valid Category B driver’s license
• Good knowledge of English is considered a plus.
