About this role
Role Overview
Provide professional, user-friendly handling of incoming IT user requests
Support Microsoft 365 and other cloud-based software solutions
Monitor system availability during operations and perform initial fault analysis and remediation
Manage user accounts and permissions
Independently monitor response times
Create and maintain system and user documentation
Rapid, solution-oriented collaboration with 2nd-level support
Requirements
Strong service orientation and enthusiasm for remote support
Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows 11
Good to very good knowledge of macOS and iOS
Networking knowledge desirable
Solution-oriented, friendly working style
Good to very good German language skills, both spoken and written
English language skills, both spoken and written
