Execute financial processes autonomously, ensuring compliance with established standards, policies and deadlines;
Perform daily bank reconciliations;
Validate and reconcile credits in coordination with the Billing team;
Issue and distribute invoices, ensuring accuracy of information;
Monitor accounts receivable and financial transactions;
Manage collections and take actions according to the defined collections cadence;
Maintain relationships with internal teams, especially the Commercial team, and collaborate with other departments;
Serve customers by answering questions and handling complaints;
Confirm payments/receipts with customers;
Prepare, analyze and present financial and performance reports;
Contribute to forecasting cash inflows for the company’s cash flow;
Provide support for audits and monthly and quarterly closing processes;
Pursue continuous improvements in departmental processes, contributing to the definition of best practices together with management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Finance, Accounting or related fields;
Experience and/or knowledge in electronic invoicing procedures;
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, data analysis and handling large volumes of information;
Familiarity with BI tools or Looker (plus);
Experience in the logistics sector is a plus;
Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
Teamwork skills;
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines;
Flexibility to operate in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
