Insurance Claims Specialist – ENG

Role Overview

• Handle incoming calls related to First Notice of Loss (FNOL).
• Deliver excellent telephone customer service with empathy and professionalism.
• Interact with policyholders, claimants, agents, and internal teams to support FNOL process for Property and Casualty claims.
• Enter FNOL report details and documentation into the system.
• Electronically file documentation and assist with services such as mitigation letters and coverage verification.
• Support the team by processing invoices and managing vendor coordination.
• Maintain accurate client and policy records by entering up-to-date information.
• Spot opportunities to improve workflows and suggest efficient admin task handling.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in administrative support, preferably in an insurance or professional services setting.
• Based in Mexico (strongly preferred).
• Available to work in US time zones.
• Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer.
• Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor).
• Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam.
• Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps).
• Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace.
