Provide in-person and telephone assistance within your area of responsibility to guide and clarify questions from internal and external clients, following management directions and, when necessary, transfer the inquiry to another team member.
Draft texts, prepare spreadsheets, and enter information into systems to support routine activities in your area of responsibility.
File documents in the correct sequence to maintain organization and preservation, facilitating retrieval.
Deliver documents within the Institution’s premises, completing requested protocols to maintain the necessary control.
Assist with other related administrative activities.
Complete the apprentice training course as directed by the Institution.
