Plans, directs, and monitors the activities of a sales team within a specified region to achieve established sales targets
Develops and implements regional business strategies to execute on opportunities in the region for potential accounts
Implements business & marketing objectives to further sales
Manages the day-to-day activities of a sales and clinical team to implement the organization's overall business & marketing strategy for an assigned region
Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers, key account personnel and relevant functions in order to support selling, mapping, and clinical programs
Identifies opportunities and develops new programs to meet the organization's sales plans to increase market share
Coaches’ sales representatives on capital & consumable aspects of the organization's products and services; marketing campaigns and sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets
Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree is required
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of simple and complex diagnostic and ablation electrophysiology procedures
Demonstrated knowledge and ability to operate 3D electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems
