Property Portfolio Manager I

Role Overview

• Responsible for a portfolio of owned and leased properties
• Develop, lead and administer financial plans within the portfolio
• Collaborate with divisional service delivery partners
• Manage operating budgets and forecasting
• Inspect properties on a regular basis and identify deficiencies
• Manage lease agreements and participate in disaster preparedness

Requirements

• Two years of property management experience requested
• Successful management of vendors
• Basic understanding of lease/real estate terms and building operations
• Ability to collaborate and work as a team across multiple internal and external functions
• Strong project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access Database.
