About this role
Role Overview
- Review of case files, identification of deadlines, procedural acts and relevant points;
- Drafting procedural documents (simple petitions, statements, appeals and reports) with clarity and logical organization;
- Research and consolidation of case law (STF, STJ, TRFs and TJs);
- Monitoring tax theses and regulatory updates;
- Deadline management and case organization;
- Work with systems such as PJe, e-SAJ, e-Proc, e-CAC, among others.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in tax litigation
- Experience with tax actions (writs of mandamus
- MS, tax enforcement/execution proceedings, embargoes/objections, annulment actions, claims for restitution of undue payments, emergency injunctions/interim relief and appeals)
- Basic knowledge of administrative litigation (notices of infraction, administrative challenges/objections, CARF)
- Strong writing skills, organization and attention to detail.
