You take full project management responsibility for your clients in Paid Social, from strategic conception through operational implementation to scaling.
You design and develop holistic Paid Social strategies for some of the most exciting and fastest‑growing consumer brands, with a clear focus on performance, scaling and profitability.
You own and manage a six‑figure monthly media budget with clear KPI targets and systematically identify opportunities for scaling.
You execute data‑driven social media ad campaigns, professionally structure accounts, develop testing roadmaps (creatives, audiences, offers), and continuously optimize campaigns based on relevant performance metrics.
You analyze performance data, derive strategic recommendations, and continuously evolve existing campaign setups.
Requirements
You have at least 1–2 years of professional experience in social media ads.
You have good to very good knowledge of paid ads on Meta platforms and ideally also on TikTok and Pinterest.
You have prior project management experience leading client projects.
You have the drive to contribute and play a key role in shaping the growth of Mawave and our clients.
You enjoy diving into Ads Manager data, analyzing it, and deriving actionable steps.
You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
