Role Overview
- Technical review and approval of architectural documents
- Preparation of residential floor area calculations using ArchiCAD based on existing floor plans
- Signing and stamping documents within the scope of building submission authorization (Bauvorlageberechtigung)
- Quality assurance of floor plans, residential area calculations, and building documentation
- Supporting the team on architectural matters
- Ensuring verifiable and standards-compliant documentation
- Occasional coordination with clients on technical inquiries
- Contributing to the development of our internal quality standards
Requirements
- Completed degree in Architecture
- Registered membership in a Chamber of Architects
- Authorization for building submissions (Bauvorlageberechtigung) and own architect's stamp
- Very good German language skills (C1) in spoken and written form
- Experience in preparing residential floor area calculations (e.g., according to WoFlV or DIN 277)
- Proficient in ArchiCAD
- Structured, precise, and responsible working style
- Confident handling of digital plan documents
- Experience in reviewing and documenting building documentation
