Installation and configuration of Boardwise for multiple clients on the Azure platform
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Azure services
Working with customers to analyze requirements and develop appropriate solutions
Maintaining and improving technical documentation (installation guides, etc.)
Providing technical support to customers as needed (remote)
Close collaboration with the internal development team on technical challenges
Optimizing deployments, performance, and architecture.
Requirements
Experience in the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure/M365)
At least 1 year of experience as an Azure Administrator or in a DevOps role
Good knowledge of the Azure platform, the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework, and relevant services (M365/Exchange Online, Teams, Entra ID, Azure DevOps)
Fluent in German and English
Experience in technical customer support
Excellent communication skills.
