Develop and execute business strategies for IPA and TBHP.
Lead cross‑functional teams to identify and pursue market growth opportunities.
Ensure effective Product Stewardship across both product lines.
Optimize customer and product portfolios to enhance profitability.
Set contractual strategy and partner with Sales on major contract negotiations.
Oversee monthly supply/demand balancing and product optimization.
Serve as pricing approval authority within established guidelines.
Monitor competitor activity and market drivers to inform strategy.
Lead EBITDA‑enhancing initiatives, including capacity‑related opportunities.
Deliver pricing forecasts, business insights, and market intelligence in partnership with Business Finance.
Provide analytical and operational targets to support optimal asset performance.
Ensure business profitability in line with company policies and objectives.
Collaborate with global teams to align commercial and growth strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering and MBA preferred.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in chemicals, refining, or energy‑related industries (manufacturing, planning, supply chain, procurement, commercial, or sales).
Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven ability to understand markets, applications, and customer needs.
Ability to build relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
Demonstrated capability to influence and collaborate across functions (logistics, customer service, sales, planning, manufacturing, finance, legal, technical).
