Develop, monitor, and report on project work plans, coordinate complex cross-functional activities, and administer surveys.
Document processes and establish appropriate procedures, protocols, and tools.
Evaluate, make recommendations, standardize, and improve licensure, enforcement, and information processes and procedures using best practices.
Organize multidisciplinary workgroup meetings, host trainings and workshops, and prepare associated materials.
Develop and maintain an intake request process to capture incoming project requests, define scope, gather requirements, and streamline the prioritization, notification, and approval process.
Create and maintain an MQA centralized calendar by serving as a SharePoint administrator to promote and maintain MQA’s calendar of events.
Develop and maintain monthly initiative reporting, including quarterly and annual strategic performance database reporting.
Research industry trends and write executive briefs as needed.
Support quality improvement, communications, and change management activities as needed.
Support legislative coordination activities as needed.
Requirements
2 years of experience in strategy, business development, project management, or a related field
College education in business administration, management, marketing, sociology, or a related field can substitute on a year-to-year basis
Educational experience may be substituted with certifications or coursework in project management, Lean Six Sigma, total quality improvement, or strategic planning
