Conducting energy audits according to DIN EN 16247 and energy management systems (EMS) assessments according to ISO 50001 at companies in the Rhineland
Preparing, executing and following up on audit projects
Collecting and analyzing energy data for machinery, production equipment, electric drives, compressed air systems, pumps, fans, and heat and process energy
Performing on-site inspections to document energy-relevant processes and equipment
Identifying and evaluating cost-effective energy efficiency measures
Preparing standards-compliant audit reports with clearly prioritized measures
Coordinating with clients, internal teams and project partners
Supporting the energy consulting team as needed and developing customized renovation/retrofit concepts
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field
Alternatively: Qualified technician certification (f/m/d) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Initial experience in analysis of technical equipment, energy management, energy consulting or an industrial environment
Certification or recognized qualification as an energy efficiency expert (f/m/d)
Knowledge of energy auditing and EMS according to ISO 50001 is an advantage
Willingness to complete training for DIN EN 16247 / ISO 50001 if the qualification is not yet held
Very good German language skills, written and spoken (minimum C1 level), as audit discussions, on-site appointments and audit reports are conducted in German
Class B driving license, as on-site appointments take place at companies in the Rhineland
