Requirements
5+ years of enterprise B2B sales in fintech, payment infrastructure, or compliance SaaS
you've sold to CFOs or treasury leads before
You know what payout pain actually feels like
late settlements, reconciliation nightmares, VAT exposure across jurisdictions. You don't need to be educated on the problem.
High autonomy is where you perform best. You build pipeline, you don't wait for it.
You've navigated regulated financial products or technically complex infrastructure deals.
'I'll send you to our SE' is not your default move.
You like to make money at scale. The commission structure here is designed so that closing the active pipeline alone is material upside.
Nice to have: German-speaking
our original market is DACH, being commercially fluent in it is a big plus.
