Develop and execute ABM 1:1, 1:few and 1:many campaigns focused on strategic accounts, aligned with sales and marketing objectives.
Collaborate closely with the sales, market intelligence and product teams to identify growth opportunities within key accounts.
Create and optimize personalized journeys, segmented content and tailored digital experiences for decision-makers in target accounts.
Use automation platforms, CRM and data intelligence tools to scale ABM strategies efficiently and predictably.
Measure, analyze and report campaign performance with a focus on KPIs such as engagement, pipeline generation and conversion.
Support the implementation and evolution of the ABM framework at Gupy, contributing best practices, playbooks and scalable frameworks.
Stay up to date on market trends, B2B buying behavior and emerging marketing and sales technologies.
Plan and execute small events for target accounts.
Plan and run events for mid
and senior-level leadership.
Monitor results/KPIs for all ABM initiatives.
Maintain effective relationships with the Account Management (AM) team.
Requirements
Proven experience with ABM strategies in B2B environments (minimum 4 years).
Strong proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce and LinkedIn Ads.
Familiarity with concepts like ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), buyer personas, B2B sales funnel and multi-channel journeys.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
English (for reading technical materials and, preferably, for verbal communication).
Strategic mindset and business acumen: you understand the impact of your actions on company results.
Cross-functional collaboration: comfortable acting as a bridge between marketing, sales, data and product.
High-level communication: clear, concise and persuasive, both written and verbal.
Continuous curiosity and an experimentation mindset: you seek to learn, test and optimize continuously.
Organization and autonomy: able to manage multiple initiatives with focus and clear prioritization.
ABM certifications (e.g., Demandbase, Terminus, ITSMA or similar).
Experience with outbound strategies integrated into ABM.
Previous background in SaaS or B2B tech companies.
Experience working in agile squads and methodologies such as OKRs.
